Assistant Video/Photo Editor

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Assistant Video and Photo Editor to join our video production company which makes branded content and event films for companies, non-profits and private clients. Prior experience with Adobe Premiere and Photoshop is helpful but not essential as we are willing to teach the techniques needed to accomplish the tasks. A good attitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to work on a variety of content (interviews, event footage, photo montages, social media) is important. This role involves collaborating with company owners, clients, and other editors to ensure that all materials meet our high quality standards.

Duties
– Organizing, syncing and editing video and photo material
– Watching down and quality controlling final edits
– Editing films and photos for social media
– Other various video production assistant tasks that might include errands, or some on-set production duties

Requirements
– Experience with video and photo editing is helpful but not entirely necessary
– Good communication skills (email, text, phone)
– Some experience with Adobe programs like Premiere and Photoshop will be helpful but not essential
– Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: $40,000.00 – $52,000.00 per year
