*Company Overview:*Newpoint Group is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Manager to join our client?s organization, a well-established and highly respected construction company located in Langley. With a long-tenured staff and a family-oriented atmosphere, they are looking for an outgoing and personable individual who thrives in a supportive environment.*Position Overview:*As a Project Manager, you will oversee the full lifecycle of ICI construction projects, including residential, commercial, and institutional builds. Your expertise in managing construction projects, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills will be instrumental in delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.*Key Responsibilities:** Lead and manage all phases of ICI construction projects, from pre-construction to close-out, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.* Develop project plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.* Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.* Ensure all work complies with relevant building codes, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.* Foster strong working relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project.* Track project progress, manage budgets, and report on key milestones and financial performance.* Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure that projects remain on track.* Maintain accurate project documentation, from contracts to progress reports, ensuring compliance with company standards.* Promote and maintain a safety-first culture on-site, ensuring all safety protocols are strictly followed.*Qualifications and Experience:** Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.* 5+ years of experience managing ICI construction projects.* Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.* Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.* Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project) and construction management tools.* A positive and collaborative mindset, with a focus on teamwork and building strong relationships.*What We Offer:** Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.* Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage.* A supportive work environment with a focus on work-life balance.* Opportunities for career growth and advancement within a well-established company.* A dynamic team that values collaboration and long-term success.Job Type: Full-timePay: $100,000.00-$145,000.00 per yearBenefits: after three months, dental, extended and visionEducation:* Bachelor’s Degree (required)Experience:* Project management: 5 years (required)Job Type: Full-timePay: $100,000.00-$140,000.00 per yearFlexible language requirement:* French not requiredSchedule:* 8 hour shift* Monday to FridayEducation:* Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)Experience:* Project management: 5 years (preferred)Language:* English (preferred)Work Location: In person
