Job Title: Graphic Designer and Video Editor

We are seeking a talented and innovative Graphic Designer and Video Editor who is passionate about the craft of design and Video editing the ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in design principles, exceptional creativity, and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs that align with our brand’s vision across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Creation: Craft high-quality visual assets including marketing materials, social media graphics, print collateral, Video editing, and digital content. Ensure designs are aesthetically pleasing and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Concept Development: Develop creative concepts and design solutions based on project requirements. Transform abstract ideas into visually engaging designs.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain and enhance the brand’s visual identity across all design projects. Ensure all design work adheres to established brand standards and guidelines.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams, content creators, and other stakeholders to understand project goals and deliver effective design solutions. Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input.
• Feedback Integration: Revise designs based on feedback from the marketing team. Make adjustments and improvements to meet project specifications and deadlines.
• Technical Execution: Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other tools to execute design projects. Ensure final outputs are prepared accurately for both digital and print formats.
• Quality Assurance: Proofread and review designs to ensure accuracy and consistency. Verify that all design elements are correctly formatted and meet quality standards before final delivery.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Video editing or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in graphic design and Video editing with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work and proficiency in design principles and techniques.
• Skills: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, 3D knowledge will be an advantage.), with additional skills in motion graphics or video editing being a plus. Familiarity with web design and UX principles is advantageous.
• Creativity: Demonstrated creativity and the ability to generate innovative design ideas and solutions.
• Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail with the ability to produce polished and accurate designs.
• Communication: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts effectively.
• Time Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with animation or motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects).
• Understanding of print production processes and specifications.
• We are looking for an Arabic-speaking with strong writing skills.
