We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic individuals to join our rapidly growing team.*What we love:** Strong work ethic* Positive Attitude* Collaboration* Innovator Thinking* Safety and Quality Conscientious*What you will do:** Support the Account Managers in the maintenance of data to be used in the preparation of reports necessary to meet contractual obligations.* Work collaboratively with internal resources to continuously develop and improve processes that accurately identify client expectations and ensure costs are contained and within budget expectations.* Initiate, plan, execute and close essential project functions related to scope, time, cost, quality communication, risk and procurement.* Initiate and proactively follow up work done by the project specific functional groups including but not limited to sales, graphic design, estimating, permitting, production, installation and accounting.* In consultation with the Account Manager, establish and maintain positive working relationships with customers through frequent oral and written communication.* Create, monitor and update project plans which define the required processes / activities of various functional groups to achieve customer deliverables.* Work with certain key stakeholders to ensure timely approvals are achieved. Stakeholders may include landlords, site supervisors, project managers and franchisees.* Monitor and control program costs associated with non-recurring engineering activities during the Design and Development phases of the program.* Always ensure a clean and safe work environment.
