Video Editor

Overview:

We are looking for a talented Video Editor to oversee the complete post-production process for our social media content. The ideal candidate will excel in dynamic editing and motion graphics, with a strong foundation in advanced techniques. Your role will be crucial in crafting engaging, high-quality content that connects with audiences across various platforms.

The ideal candidate must have a valid QID and NOC.

Key Responsibilities:

Video Editing: Edit a diverse range of social media content, including short videos, interviews, promotional clips, and stories.

Advanced Techniques: Employ advanced editing methods such as masking, tracking, and rotoscoping to enhance visual narratives.

Motion Graphics & Visual Effects: Integrate motion graphics, typography, and visual effects to elevate the content’s appeal.

Sound Design: Conduct sound design and mixing to ensure audio quality complements the visual elements.

Color Grading: Color grade and refine footage to achieve the desired look and feel.

Footage Management: Organize and archive footage for easy access in future projects.

Content Repurposing: Transform existing footage into fresh content tailored for various social media platforms

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications:

Experience: At least 2 – 5 years of professional video editing experience, particularly focused on social media content.

Software Proficiency: Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Davinci Resolve

Advanced Editing Skills: Proficient in techniques such as masking, tracking, and rotoscoping.

Design Aesthetics: Expertise in motion graphics and typography, with a sharp eye for design.

Color Grading: Proficient in color grading software like DaVinci Resolve or Adobe Premiere.

Social Media Knowledge: Familiar with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and best practices for video content.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
