Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in professional photography or videography with an existing clientele base and portfolio to showcase your skills.
• Equipment: Must own professional-grade photography or videography equipment (camera, lenses, laptop/tablet etc.)
• Editing Skills: Proficient in using editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, or Lightroom classic.
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Client Relations: Strong skills to engage with clients, understand their vision, and deliver outstanding results.
• Reliability: Punctual and dependable, with a commitment to professionalism and delivering quality work on time.
• Adaptability: Willingness to take on a variety of shoots such as studio, outdoor, events and adapt to different photography/videography styles.
• Availability for Travel: Open to traveling for special projects, both locally and out of state.
• EIN Number: Must have an Employer Identification Number (EIN) to work as an independent contractor.
• Attention to Detail: A strong eye for composition, lighting, and framing to create visually stunning images or videos.
• Problem-solving skills: Ability to troubleshoot equipment and adapt to unforeseen challenges during shoots.
