Video Editor

Underscore Talent is a next-generation management company helping a diverse group of talent leverage today’s “attention economy” to build long-lasting and lucrative careers. Underscore Talent seeks a motivated video editor to join the team of one of our content creators.

This position is located in Los Angeles, CA

Job Duties:

• Deliver high-quality video edits to service across multiple platforms
• Edit day-to-day content video productions across all major social platforms using best practices
• Deliver projects with the highest quality in a timely manner
• Manage multiple projects from start to finish while keeping content creators appropriately informed.
• Edit using Adobe suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)
• Organize project folder structures, maintain project files, ingest backup files
• Contribute to delivering projects that are exceptional creatively and impeccable technically.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience working in a combination of filming, editing, social media and production role
• Knowledge / understanding of standard production / post tech tools & workflow. Excellent writer.
• Experience executing from inception through editorial and completion of project.
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Must be knowledgeable of editing for various social media platforms including but not limited to Youtube, Tiktok and Facebook.
• Adobe After Effects experience a plus
• Experience with vertical video is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 – $40,000.00 per year

• 8 hour shift
