Video Editor

Overview
We are seeking a talented Video Editor to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling through video content creation and possess strong technical skills in video editing software.

Duties
– Edit and assemble recorded raw material into a suitable, finished product ready for broadcasting
– Utilize various editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe After Effects, CapCut. Any software you work best with
– Create visually engaging videos by incorporating 2D animation, film effects, and photo edits
– Collaborate with the content creation team to ensure videos align with the brand’s vision and message
– Manage media files efficiently using folders with a company computer
– Stay updated on industry trends and new editing technologies to continuously improve video quality

Qualifications
– Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe After Effects and any editing software
– Strong understanding of video production processes and techniques
– Experience with 2D animation, film effects, and photo editing
– Knowledge of cinematic principles and storytelling techniques
– Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics
– Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment to meet project deadlines
– A degree in Film Production, Multimedia Arts, or related field is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 – $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 12 per week

Experience:

• Final Cut Pro: 1 year (Preferred)
• Adobe Photoshop: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
