What You’ll Do: As our Corporate Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in growing the ABC team by finding the best talent to join our family! You’ll be responsible for:

• Full-cycle recruiting for a variety of positions, from entry-level to leadership roles.
• Partnering with department managers to understand staffing needs and deliver top talent.
• Creatively sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and more.
• Conducting interviews, managing the hiring process, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Collaborating with the HR team to drive innovative recruiting strategies and promote our amazing company culture.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of recruiting experience (corporate or agency experience preferred).
• A passion for recruiting – you thrive on matching the right person with the right role.
• High energy and a go-getter attitude, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A love for working in a fast-paced environment and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Experience in the skilled trades industry is a plus, but not required. What’s most important is your enthusiasm and commitment!
