ABOUT YOU

You must be dynamic, creative and possess the confidence to communicate new ideas and strategies. Whilst able to promote and represent all our world-leading skincare and wellbeing brands using appropriate and engaging video and photo design.

You will need to be diligent and conscientious with relentless drive and determination to achieve results and exceed targets that benefit our long-term growth strategy. Excellent communication skills are critical, ensuring the ability to convey our brands’ brilliance to international markets using digital assets and our websites. You will be a team player and yet have the autonomy to see projects through independently.

You will have a proven track record in both B2B and B2C projects, be a master of your craft, capable of leading video production efforts, making strategic decisions, and delivering outstanding results that drive our marketing forward. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci, Final Cut, or equivalent editing software is an essential.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will work on a wide range of projects, from training videos to social media content, and will ensure that every piece produced is visually engaging, on-brand, and effective.

The role will be based at our offices in Surrey, with a view to some event attendance across the UK.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Produce and edit professional videos for training, educational purposes, interviews, product showcases, and social media.
• Capture and edit high-quality photography for various marketing campaigns.
• Ensure all video and photography content aligns with the company’s brand and meets platform-specific requirements for social media, websites, and marketing toolkits.
• Add graphics, special effects, and captions to videos, maintaining high design and production standards.
• Manage and organise multiple projects while working closely with cross-functional teams.
• Stay updated on video export requirements across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and others.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
