We are looking for a talented and creative Photographer, Videographer & Graphic Designer to join our marketing team full-time and help us create compelling visual content.

Overview

As a Full-Time Photographer, Videographer & Graphic Designer at United Home Loans, you will play a key role in producing high-quality photo and video content that supports our marketing and branding efforts. You will work on a variety of projects including promotional videos, client testimonials, team member headshots, event coverage, and more. This role requires you to work in-office, collaborating closely with our operations and sales departments.

Key Responsibilities

– Capture professional-quality photos and videos for use across digital and print platforms.

– Create engaging video content that highlights company services, culture, and client success stories.

– Edit photos and videos for a polished, professional finish.

– Work with the marketing team to develop content ideas and visual strategies that align with our brand.

– Manage and maintain all photography and videography equipment.

– Organize and archive all visual assets for easy retrieval.

– Coordinate and direct on-site shoots, including team member headshots, office footage, and promotional content.

– Ensure all content is delivered in a timely manner and meets project deadlines.

– Develop graphic design content for marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, social media posts, and website assets.

– Stay current with design, photography, and video trends to ensure our visual content remains fresh and engaging.

Qualifications

– Proven experience as a professional photographer and videographer (portfolio required).

– Proficiency in photo and video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.).

– Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

– Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and camera equipment.

– Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

– Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

– Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various departments.

– Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

– Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices for visual content.

Other

– Experience in real estate or mortgage industry is a plus but not required.

– Experience with motion graphics or animation is a bonus.

– Experience with website design or user interface (UI) design is an advantage.
