Job Overview:

Unique in combination of sports and kids with developmental differences.We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Videographer/Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality video content that engages our audience and showcases our brand. The Videographer/Editor will work closely with the Executive Director and his team to develop innovative visual storytelling strategies that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Responsibilities:
Assemble a video/and more studio for Playmaker and YOUR use.
– Edit video footage using industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere and Final Cut Pro to create polished, engaging, and brand-aligned content that will be distributed nationally including NFL, NBA and Major League Baseball.
– Collaborate with the design team to create motion graphics and visual effects using Adobe After Effects and Adobe Illustrator.
– Conduct photography and videography shoots as needed.
– Conduct interviews, gather footage, and manage logistics for productions.
– Ensure all video content meets the company’s brand standards, is error-free, and is delivered on time and within budget.
– Work closely with the marketing team to develop a content strategy that aligns with marketing goals.
– Provide recommendations on new video production techniques and technologies to improve the quality of the company’s video content.

Requirements:
– Proven experience in video production and editing, with a strong portfolio that showcases your skills.
– Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe After Effects.
– Knowledge of motion graphics and visual effects software such as Adobe Illustrator and Adobe After Effects.
– Experience with photography, including capturing high-quality images and managing lighting and composition.
– Strong understanding of storytelling principles and the ability to develop compelling visual narratives.
– Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
– Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality content that meets the company’s brand standards.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $29.37 – $34.21 per hour

Work Location: In person
