Videographer / Editor (with Photography Skills)

Deluxe Holiday Homes is seeking a talented Videographer / Editor (with Photography Skills) to join our Digital Marketing department. As a Videographer & Editor, you will be responsible for creating high-quality video content that showcases our luxury holiday homes and attracts potential guests and landlords. The ideal candidate for this role should be an expert in Final Cut or Adobe Premier Pro, with a strong understanding of video editing techniques and best practices.

Job Responsibilities

• Create High-Quality Visual Content: Capture and produce stunning video content and photography that showcases our luxury holiday homes, emphasizing their unique appeal to attract potential guests.
• Collaborate with Marketing Team: Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to develop creative concepts, storyboards, and video ideas that align with marketing goals and brand messaging.
• Operate and Maintain Equipment: Handle video and photography equipment, including cameras, drones, lighting, and sound systems, ensuring optimal use and upkeep.
• Video Editing & Post-Production: Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, professional-quality videos. Incorporate special effects, motion graphics, music, and sound effects to enhance viewer engagement.
• Optimize Content for Multiple Platforms: Ensure that video and photographic content is optimized for various platforms, including social media, websites, and email marketing campaigns.
• Stay Up-to-Date: Keep pace with the latest video editing, photography, and production techniques, and software advancements to ensure that the company’s content remains fresh, innovative, and competitive.
• Manage Video & Photography Assets: Organize, archive, and maintain video and photography files for easy access, ensuring all materials are properly stored and cataloged for future use.
• Collaborate Cross-Departmentally: Work with other departments, such as Sales, Customer Service, and Operations, to develop specific video content that addresses their needs and enhances internal or external communication.
• Team Support & Guidance: Provide assistance and direction to team members, including actors, voiceover artists, or models, during video production and photography shoots.
• Ensure Brand Consistency: Ensure all video and photography content adheres to the company’s brand guidelines, upholding standards for quality, professionalism, and luxury aesthetics.
• Photography: Capture high-quality images for use across all marketing platforms. These include interior shots, property exteriors, amenities, and lifestyle photos that complement video content.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a videographer and a photographer with editing skills;
• Expertise in operating and maintaining equipment, including cameras, lighting, and sound equipment;
• Proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro; After Effects, etc)
• Excellent organizational skills to manage and organize video files and assets, ensuring that they are easily accessible and properly stored;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide guidance and support to other team members who may be involved in video production, such as actors or voiceover artists;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines;
• Knowledge of the latest video editing software and techniques to ensure that the company’s video content remains fresh and engaging;
• Knowledge of social media video trends and requirements for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.).
• UAE Driving License is a plus.
