Overview
Our digital marketing agency, located in Nexton, is in search of a self-motivated individual to join our team as an Apprentice to our Senior Multimedia Manager (reporting to the Owner). This position offers an exciting opportunity for someone looking to hone their skills and experience through hands-on work in various aspects of photography, videography, and post-production.

The ideal candidate will have a basic to intermediate understanding of photo/video fundamentals and will bring with them some practical experience in the field and with post production.

Our agency works with clients in the construction industry only and assignments will include a variety of under-construction and recently completed projects (e.g., sitework construction job sites to completed custom homes). We’d like candidates to have a desire to learn new things and also be willing to grow this role to a full-time position over time.

Duties
– Shadow an award-winning experienced professional in the field capturing photo, video, and drone footage
– Assist with photo and video shoots, including setup and equipment handling
– Post-production editing using Adobe Lightroom Classic + Premiere Pro
– Participate in photo editing and video production projects
– Collaborate with the team on various photography and video assignments

Experience

We are looking for someone who has a working knowledge of:

1) Mirrorless cameras (we use Sony A7siii) for photo and video

2) Photo and video editing with Adobe’s Lightroom Classic and Premiere Pro

3) Flying a drone or has a desire to learn (we use a DJI Mavic Pro 3)

We’d also like our candidate to have:

– Enthusiasm for learning new skills on their own and on-the-job
– Confidence communicating and asking for assistance when it’s needed
– Ability to work well in a team setting and on their own
– The ability to be creative and a willingness to take on new challenges

Requirements:

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: From $15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
