Photographer & Videographer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Photographer and Videographer the creative team at If & When agency.

The successful candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality images and videos for a variety of projects including product, lifestyle, corporate shots for social media and ad creative content. Your role would be fully supported by our team who will develop campaign boards and shot lists, and junior editors for post-production.

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photographs and videos for use in marketing materials, social media and paid ad content
• Manage and lead on location and shoots, direct clients & talent
• Manage and troubleshoot any unexpected obstacles
• Collaborate with our strategy team on the execution of marketing campaigns and shot lists
• Lead pre-production meetings
• Stay up to date with industry trends, new technology and photography/videography techniques
• Organise production logistics, including production schedules, organising props & arranging for talent, arranging equipment
• Liaise with clients in stages of pre-production, production
• Upload & organise video & photo files on Dropbox
• Participate in post-production editing when required or provide feedback to internal team members.
• Mentor junior videographers and photographers

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven experience as a professional photographer and videographer
• Ability to lead shoots, manage the production team, and organise talent
• The videographer & photographer is assumed to own and maintain their own equipment.
• Shows strong proficiency and technical knowledge with photo & video equipment
• Ability to switch from shooting videography & photography
• Strong portfolio of work that demonstrates the ability to create stunning images and videos (experience with product, lifestyle and real estate content highly desirable)
• Proficiency in photography and videographer equipment including cameras, lighting and sound
• Proficiency in post-production editing software (Davinci Resolve, Adobe Lightroom & Capture One highly desirable)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
