The Role
Job Description Responsibilities: – Videography & Photography: Capture high-quality video footage and photos of football training sessions, matches, and academy events. – Editing: Edit and enhance video and photo content to ensure it meets our quality standards and is ready for publication across various platforms. – Content Creation: Create engaging content for social media, promotional materials, and our website to highlight academy activities and achievements. – Collaboration: Work closely with the coaching staff and management to understand their vision and requirements for visual content. – Equipment Management: Maintain and manage videography and photography equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition. – Scheduling: Coordinate with the academy’s schedule to plan and attend relevant events and sessions.

Requirements
Qualifications: – Proven experience as a videographer and photographer, preferably with experience in sports or football. – Proficiency in video and photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Photoshop). – Strong understanding of visual storytelling and the ability to create engaging and high-quality content. – Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff and players. – Familiarity with football terminology and an interest in sports is a plus. – Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required._ Skills: – Creative and detail-oriented with a keen eye for capturing action and emotion. – Strong technical skills in operating cameras, lighting, and other videography/photography equipment. – Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. – Knowledge of current trends in sports media and content creation.
