Role x You:
Pulse Films is an award-winning, independent, modern-day studio encompassing the development, production, financing and distribution of cross-platform content for audiences worldwide. Pulse’s “artist first” mantra has allowed the company to build a thriving talent management component to the business that completes its holistic approach to content creation.
Responsibilities:
- Booking crew, editors and other freelancers.
- Managing edit schedules
- Producing production schedules and call sheets
- Organising travel arrangements and accommodation for cast, crew and production executives
- Dealing with accounts, invoicing and expenses
- Hiring studio facilities and equipment
- Liaising among different departments, e.g. suppliers, managers
- Responsible for setting new freelancers up for success when they arrive
- Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed
- Typing, editing, copying and distributing scripts
- Attending shoots
You have these:
- Experience as Production Coordinator or a passion for the industry
- Knowledge of terminology will be appreciated
- Computer savvy
- Excellent organisational and multi-tasking ability
- Able to manage complex and competing deadlines
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving
- A team player with great communication skills

The salary range is subject to change and may be amended in the future. Experience, education, skills, and other factors are considered when determining the salary offered.
Pay Range Details:
$60,000 USD – $65,000 USD
