Twin Vee Powercats / AquaSport Marine (NASDAQ / VEEE), an industry-leading boat manufacturer is seeking a responsible, energetic, industrious, Vlogging Videographer / Social Media Producer to join our dynamic marketing team working in Fort Pierce, Florida.

In this position, you will be responsible for recording, uploading, and posting engaging videos that highlight our innovative products and exceptional people, to tell the story of an innovative, multi-million dollar, publicly traded company.

The successful candidate will have a sharp eye for captivating visuals along with a solid understanding of video/vlog recording, social media posting, podcasting, and media management. In this role, you will work closely with the CEO and senior management team, providing a unique glimpse into the behind-the-scenes operation of a fast-paced, thriving organization. Possessing an interest or background in the marine industry is considered a big plus.

Essential Functions

  • Shoot and record video for various projects and platforms
  • Upload video to cloud for storage
  • Daily setup/operation/maintenance of digital video equipment
  • Maintain assets and projects using orderly archiving system
  • Post videos to company social media accounts
  • Help grow social media engagement
  • Work with marketing department to ensure deadlines and client expectations are met
  • Participate in creative brainstorming meetings
  • Perform other job-related duties as requested

Required Competencies

  • Understanding and experience with digital video equipment including DJI Osmo 3, iPhone, and Sony A7IV.
  • Comprehension of video framing, content creation, and social media posting.
  • Ability to assist in pre and postproduction processes.

Required Education and Experience

  • Some experience in video production
  • Demonstrated understanding of social media content creation
  • Technologically savvy with ability to problem solve production related issues
  • Willingness to provide references, production credits, and/or demo reel

Preferred Experience

  • Interest and knowledge of Marine Industry/Sport Fishing a huge plus

This role has no supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment

This job operates in a manufacturing facility in Fort Pierce, Florida. **THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION** The successful candidate will routinely use standard office equipment such as computers, printers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. The applicant will also be required to operate digital video equipment both on-site and in various shooting locations, including on boats in an ocean environment.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands, fingers, and arms. During production, this position may regularly lift up to 30 pounds and occasionally set up lighting and other production equipment. Production days can be lengthy and may take place in extreme heat and humidity.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This can be either a part-time or full-time position depending on the applicant’s attitude, experience, and availability. Typical workdays and hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., but occasional weekend or evening hours may be required.
