Job Summary:

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Upload and maintenance of materials and press releases on the press site
  • Management of registrations and cancellations of journalists to the screeners portal (internal tool)
  • Distribution to journalists of screener notifications
  • Control and distribution of Disney+ codes to new journalists and influencers
  • Support in the preparation of the monthly newsletter
  • Support in the preparation of press materials (press releases, fact sheets, translations, dossiers, etc.)
  • Coordination with European office for distribution of materials under embargo
  • Ad-hoc material request follow-up to EMEA and US
  • Requests and monitoring of merchandising of the different titles/platform (and management of approvals when required)
  • Preparation of presentations and media coverage reports
  • General support to the entire team with day-to-day needs

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION:

  • Any previous curricular internship or experience in a PR, Communication or Journalistic environment would be a plus, but not required

QUALIFICATION/EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE DESIRED:

  • Degree in Journalism/Communication
  • Fluent in English
  • Basic proficiency MS Office Software: Excel, Word, Power point
