Job Overview:
Ancient Lore Village is seeking a versatile Part-Time Character Actor and Guest Services Team Member to join our team. In this dual role, you’ll bring our magical world to life as a character actor while also supporting various guest services, including event setup, bartending, and hospitality tasks.
Job Purpose:
This unique role involves delivering an immersive guest experience through character performance and top-notch service, managing event setups and teardowns, food service, and bartending. You’ll be essential in ensuring all events run smoothly and guests are well cared for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Character Acting: Stay in character during guest interactions, maintain costume appearance, and embody Ancient Lore Village’s values. Required roles may vary, but will include Fairies.
- Guest Services: Greet guests, manage event setups and teardowns, serve food and beverages, and handle cash transactions.
- Bartending: Prepare and serve signature cocktails, maintain bar areas, and manage inventory. Must have a TN ABC Liquor License.
- Event Support: Assist with all aspects of event execution, from setup to teardown, ensuring guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- ABC Liquor License for Tennessee (Required).
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 20 lbs.
Job Type: Full-time, Part-time | Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour
