A Typical Work Week

• Create remarkable video assets and content
• Collaborate with creative directors and other team members on video projects
• Create video storyboards
• Take initiative on projects to provide innovative solutions
• Editing video footage and adding effects/elements to enhance motion graphics
• Editing podcasts
• Researching and selecting appropriate music for videos
• Selecting voice-over talent

Required Skills

• A degree/diploma in Design, Fine Arts or related field
• Mac proficient
• Comfortable working with conservative Christian churches and non-profits
• Uses good judgment and works with integrity
• Works independently and quickly
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to quickly change from one project to another
• Adeptness with learning new apps and software
• Punctual and dependable
• Prior experience with and a strong portfolio of video and photo work
• Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Suite
• Superb visual and conceptual skills to solve problems and create novel solutions

Extra Skills

Would be awesome, but not required.

• Previous agency experience
• Familiarity with Monday.com, Slack, and Basecamp.
• Familiarity with 3D animation programs (Cinema 4D, Maya, etc.)
• Fan of the Chicago Bears

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
