Job description
Secure Dental is looking for a talented Videographer/Editor to join our team in East Peoria, IL.

This is a great opportunity for an amateur videographer with a great eye for staging and composition.
Apply your recording and editing experience and your great attitude, and we will provide a great base for growing your skills. You will be responsible for filming dental surgeries performed by our doctors, b-roll action shots, patient testimonials, team testimonials, and more. This is not a position for someone who may be squeamish, as you will be filming patient surgery (for internal training purposes) and viewing blood, needles, bone replacement, and more.
The editing portion of this position will include production editing for commercials, YouTube videos, Podcast Episodes, and short 15-60-second engaging content for advertising and social media posting.
The videographer will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of all video content for all media. This includes but is not limited to:
- Travel and weekends may be required.
- Capturing high-quality video footage using professional-grade cameras and equipment.
- Edit and produce video using Adobe Premiere Pro and/or other editing software.
- Collaborate with the owners and marketing manager to develop concepts and storyboards for video projects.
- Conduct interviews and record audio for video projects.
- Manage and Organize Video files and assets in Google Drive.
- Ensure video projects are completed on time and meet the required specifications.
- Recording and editing video content such as interviews, narration, and music tracks.
- Performing post-production tasks such as comping, fade-ins, fade-outs, etc.
- Posting Video and audio content to channels such as Apple Music, YouTube, etc.
- Maintain organization of studio equipment, and keep all equipment in working order.
- Maintain organization of filing system for digital audio assets.
- Assisting with writing scripts for podcasts or interviews.
- Connecting with guests as needed to send invites to be on podcasts and interviews.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and other video editing software.
- Strong knowledge of camera operations, composition, staging, lighting, and sound recording techniques.
- Familiarity with photography principles and techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to spend prolonged periods sitting at a desk using a computer.
- Ability to spend prolonged periods standing and holding a video camera.
- Position may require travel: Up to 40%
- Requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
