THE ROLE
Our busy in-house Production Teams make thumb-stopping videos for our social channels and communities. The type of videos we produce include user-generated style content, mini-documentaries, sketches, live shows/competitions, product reviews, product hero reviews, and more.
As a Videographer, you will:
- Have advanced knowledge and experience in video production to create compelling video content for an array of social channels, including Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
- Contribute to creative meetings, able to confidently express your thoughts and ideas to produce engaging, high-quality video productions
- Transform scripts and storyboards into detailed shot lists before shooting
- Operate and maintain lighting, audio, and camera equipment
- Constantly be looking to improve video standards and take our content to the next level
- Share knowledge through ongoing training and continually support the production team as well as the wider business when applicable
- Be confident and professional whilst on shoots, and offer advice and guidance when required
- Complete video edits to the highest standards within a given time frame
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will:
- Have a valid UK driving license and own a car to travel to and from shoots
- Have excellent video skills, with proven experience in Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Have a passion for all things video-related and content creation
- Be well organised, and able to work across multiple video productions at once.
- Have an excellent understanding of creating video content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn. Consistently able to deliver high-quality video productions.
- Be confident in meeting and communicating with new people.
- Be a creative thinker who is comfortable proposing new ideas and enjoys collaboration
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Take a positive approach to all tasks and projects, and have a ‘no job is too small’ attitude

THE DETAIL
Salary: £2,600.00 per month
Holidays: 30 days per year, plus 3 days over Christmas and 2 days wellbeing days
Job Type: FTC (3 months)
Start Date: Immediate
