Job Description:

As a Videographer and Editor, you will be responsible for creating compelling video content that captures the essence of our properties and brand. You will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to produce high-quality videos that highlight the unique features of our real estate offerings. Your role will involve shooting, editing, and finalizing video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Videography:
• Capture high-quality footage of properties, including interiors, exteriors, and surrounding areas.
• Utilize drone footage to provide aerial views and perspectives of real estate properties.
• Set up and operate various video equipment, including cameras, lights, and microphones.
• Video Editing:
• Edit raw footage into polished videos that align with our brand standards.
• Add music, voiceovers, graphics, and special effects to enhance video content.
• Ensure videos are optimized for various platforms, including social media, websites, and presentations.
• Creative Direction:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video concepts that align with our brand strategy.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in video production, particularly in the real estate industry.
• Propose creative ideas to enhance the visual storytelling of our properties.
• Project Management:
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality videos.
• Organize and maintain video files and assets for easy retrieval and future use.
• Coordinate with other team members, including photographers, graphic designers, and marketing professionals, to ensure a cohesive visual representation of our brand.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Videographer and Editor, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of video production techniques, including lighting, sound, and camera operation.
• Experience with drone videography and photography is a plus.
• A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of visual storytelling.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communication, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Dubai’s real estate market and luxury property segments.
• Experience in creating content for various digital platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED4,500.00 per month
