- Prepare machine for operation at beginning of shift
- Feed veneer into machine and monitor outcome as to quality of veneer and proper machine operation
- Mark/tag finished loads as to grade, shift, etc.
- Change composer string and glue bin occasionally each shift
- Properly fill out all necessary forms to track production and quality
- Perform some routine machine maintenance and assist millwrights with repairs
- Perform daily cleanup
- Bending, lifting & stacking throughout shift
- Keeping up with the pace of the dryer
- Work boots required

- Must have good attendance
