Tree House Recovery is seeking a talented in-house Videographer/Photographer to join our growing team! As an addiction treatment center, we take a healthy lifestyle approach to care, helping our clients achieve peak mental, physical, and social wellness. Using the ocean and gym as our classrooms, we teach clients leadership, teamwork, and resilience. Through therapy, addiction education, yoga, sauna, and ice bath therapy, we help clients master their emotions and build mental fortitude. Our community is focused on health and purpose.
Role Overview:
We are looking for an exceptional individual to help showcase our unique program to the world.
Video Types:
- Podcast Videos: Capture and edit podcast videos, requiring strong audio skills.
- Action Therapy: Film our dynamic treatments in various locations such as the beach, surf, gym, and classroom.
- Educational Content: Produce well-thought-out addiction science and educational videos.
Travel Requirements:
Be excited to travel to our locations in Southern California, Nashville, TN, Portland, OR, Denver, CO, and Wilmington, NC.
Physical Demands:
- Be physically fit and a strong swimmer to capture our surf therapy sessions.
- Capable of lifting and carrying equipment up to 50 pounds, standing and walking for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions.
- Responsibilities include bending, kneeling, climbing, and making precise adjustments to camera settings.
- Good hand-eye coordination, fine motor skills, and the ability to maintain stability and focus during long shoots.
- Visual and auditory acuity are essential for capturing high-quality footage and following instructions.
People Skills:
- Fun, inquisitive, and eager to understand people and their stories.
- Able to fade into the background to capture authentic moments.
- Team-oriented and enjoys collaborating in a creative environment.
- Great listener who can gather insights from industry experts and create impactful video content.

- Collecting video consents and managing consent database.
- Print – Collaborate with the creative team to create concept-driven brochures and print media.
- YouTube – Loading video content and tracking performance insights to inform project planning.
- Instagram – Loading video content and tracking performance insights to inform project planning.
- Spotify – Loading podcasts on spotify.
- Performance – Collaborate with media performance tracking, assessment, and improvement meetings.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Adobe Premiere
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- Filming and Photography
- SEO knowledge is a plus
- YouTube and Instagram management is a plus
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or better in film or related fields.

Pay: $20.00 – $43.25 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
