The current range of marketing services at Clyde Property seamlessly blends the traditional approach with ground breaking innovation and is designed to ensure every home is exposed to the widest possible audience in order to maximise interest and achieve the highest possible sale price.

To complement our unrivalled service offering, we are looking for a Property Photographer & Videographer to join our in-house Property Marketing Production team. The successful candidate must have experience and an in depth understanding of property and real estate photography & videography, as well as an eye for detail and creative flair to help bring every sales property listing to life.

You will be required to attend between 3 – 5 properties per day and take the photographs, shoot the video and complete the Matterport interactive walkthrough. We have an in-house photograph editor but you will be required to ‘turn around’ all property marketing including video edit and Matterport with 48 hours.

Key skills and experience required:

– Expert experience and understanding of property photography & videography

– Excellent communication and organisation skills to ensure projects and tasks are delivered smoothly

– Collaborative skills to work closely with the Head of Creative & Digital, Social Media Manager, Managing Director, the Operations Director as well as our wider teams across the branches whom you will communicate with regularly.

– A creative flair and originality

– A passion and enthusiasm for producing outstanding property marketing

– Strong attention to detail

– The ability to take direction from senior management and clients

– Flexibility with the ability to multitask when required

– Time manage your own workload so you can hit strict time deadlines of 48 hours

Full UK driving licence is essential.

The role will predominately cover our Central Scotland offices in Stirling, Perth and Edinburgh and you will be expected to attend appointments across the branch network in order to meet client demand. A company vehicle is provided.
