Social Media Videographer/Editor

If you are passionate about social media content creation behind the camera, are highly experienced with filming and editing using CapCut and have a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you.

We are on the hunt for a Videographer/Editor to film and edit our client’s short-form social media content (i.e. TikToks, Reels, ads; mostly casual style). This is a full-time role located at our office in Caroline Springs with the potential to WFH overtime for the right candidate. You will also be travelling across different Melbourne locations to shoot behind the camera for our clients. Video ideas/scripting will be provided.

Your day will consist of:

• Collaborating with our content specialists to ensure briefs align with the client’s demands.
• Planning the filming shots according to video briefs and organising shoots.
• Filming and editing casual short-form video content (i.e. TikToks, Reels, ads) in a way that optimises for social media views.
• Ensuring deliverables are uploaded before deadline.
• Confidently guiding the creator/model on what to do/say according to brief on shoot days.
• Knowing how to pivot and solve problems to get the job done, especially on shoot days e.g. unexpected weather.
• Revising content where needed as requested by our content specialists and clients.
• Uploading footage and deliverables for the client ready-to-post.
• Sourcing props to prep for shoot day.

Expectations:

• 2+ years of filming and editing experience.
• BONUS if you have social media experience (you know what works on IG/TT).
• This is a full-time role with the potential to WFH overtime.
• Drivers licence required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Accountable; you take the results of your work seriously.
• Punctual; you never miss a deadline.
• Team player; you’ll be collaborating with content specialists, creators, models and clients.

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
