Full job description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Producer to join our VFX division. As a Producer, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of high-quality visual effects projects. You will manage client relationships, coordinate with creative teams, and ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead VFX projects from concept through completion, managing schedules, budgets, and resources.
  • Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations.
  • Team Coordination: Work closely with VFX Supervisors, artists, and department heads to deliver top-quality work.
  • Budget Oversight: Track project costs, forecast expenses, and manage financials to ensure profitability.
  • Problem Solving: Anticipate and address production challenges, ensuring smooth project delivery.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, risks, and key milestones.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years as a Producer in VFX or animation, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage creative teams.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for managing client relations and internal teams.
  • Financial Acumen: Experience in budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting.
  • Problem Solving: Proactive and solution-oriented approach to managing challenges.
