*Job Overview*

We are seeking a creative and skilled Video Content Creator and Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for video production, with expertise in both recording and editing high-quality video content for YouTube. This role involves planning, shooting, and editing video content that aligns with our vision and engages our target audience.

*Responsibilities*

• Video Recording: Plan and record video content, ensuring high-quality footage that meets the project’s objectives.
• Editing: Edit videos to produce polished and engaging content suitable for YouTube. This includes cutting footage, adding effects, transitions, and music, and optimizing videos for viewing.
• YouTube Familiarity: Optimize videos for YouTube, including understanding best practices for thumbnails, titles, descriptions, tags, and SEO.
• Equipment Management: Set up and manage recording equipment, ensuring all technical aspects of video production are handled professionally.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest video production techniques, editing software, and YouTube trends to keep content fresh and innovative.

*Experience*

• Proven experience in video recording and editing, with a portfolio of work (preferably including YouTube content).
• Strong proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, iMovie, etc.).
• Familiarity with YouTube’s platform, including video upload processes, analytics, and SEO best practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with others on content ideas.
