Real Estate Photographer & Videographer

AMAZING BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY FOR REAL ESTATE VIDEOGRAPHERS

We are looking for a skilled and creative videographer to join OUR BUSINESS AS A PART OWNER!! As our Real Estate Videographer/OWNER, you will be responsible for shooting and editing high-quality listing videos for our residential properties. You will work closely with our real estate agents and marketing team to capture the unique features and selling points of each home and create engaging video content that attracts potential buyers.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with real estate agents to understand the key selling points and unique features of each property.
• Plan and execute video shoots, including capturing interior and exterior shots of homes, as well as any additional footage required.
• Use professional-grade equipment to ensure high-quality video and audio recordings.
• Edit video footage to create compelling listing videos that highlight the best features of each property.
• Incorporate music, graphics, and other visual elements to enhance the overall production value of the videos.
• Ensure timely delivery of completed videos according to project deadlines.
• Maintain organized files and backups of all video footage and project files.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a videographer, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar programs.
• Strong technical skills in camera operation, lighting, and audio recording.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to capture high-quality footage.
• Creative vision and ability to translate concepts into visually compelling videos.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate property tours and video shoots as needed.

Additional Information:

• This is a freelance or contract position with the potential for ongoing collaboration on future projects.
• YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO SHOOT AND PRESENT A LISTING VIDEO OF A HOUSE OF OUR CHOICE TO SHOWCASE YOUR WORK
• Portfolio or demo reel showcasing previous real estate videography work is required.

Pay: $60,000.00-$250,000.00 per year
