We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join our team, focused on growing our YouTube channel. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro and After Effects, and will be capable of creating compelling animations and motion graphics. You’ll be working closely with our content team to produce high-quality video content that engages our audience and drives channel growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Video Editing: Edit raw footage into polished videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, ensuring that the final product aligns with the brand’s vision and is suitable for YouTube.

• Motion Graphics and Animation: Create engaging animations and motion graphics using Adobe After Effects to enhance video content and maintain viewer interest.

• Content Creation: Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to brainstorm and develop video concepts that support channel growth.

• YouTube Optimization: Edit and format videos to optimize for YouTube, including creating custom thumbnails and incorporating SEO-friendly descriptions and tags.

• Quality Control: Review and revise video content to ensure it meets high-quality standards, including sound, lighting, and visual effects.

• Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in video editing, motion graphics, and YouTube content strategies.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Advanced skills in Premiere Pro and After Effects are essential.

• Motion Graphics and Animation: Strong ability to create and integrate animations and motion graphics into video content.

• Experience in YouTube Content Creation: Understanding of YouTube’s platform, including best practices for video optimization, audience engagement, and channel growth.

• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality video production.

• Creativity: Ability to bring fresh and creative ideas to video projects, enhancing the overall viewer experience.

• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the team.

• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in growing a YouTube channel or similar online video platforms.

• Knowledge of additional video editing software or tools.

• Familiarity with audio editing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £30,403.00-£40,767.00 per year
