The role
As a Photographer at Henderson Design Group, you will be an integral member of our Creative team, contributing to the creation of captivating imagery and videos for our homeware brands.
Whilst working closely with the Head of Creative and the Creative Brand Manager, you will produce high-quality and engaging photographic and video content for brand initiatives, digital platforms, and campaign materials.

For close to three decades, we have championed passion for wallcoverings and home decor design, growing our group into a multi-brand powerhouse in the interiors industry. Our family of brands currently consists of I Love Wallpaper, Lust Home and Lucie Annabel, with long-term ambitions to grow and expand.
Main duties and responsibilities
· Create a range of photographic and video content that adhere to the brand guidelines – both in studio and on location
· Working closely with the head of creative to identify and develop creative campaigns and content ideas
· Digital editing of images, photo retouching and colour correction
· Video editing and graphic animation – creating optimised files in the correct format for the channel
· Planning and developing shoots, taking into account lighting, composition
· Ensure deadlines are met, managing time effectively and ensuring any issues are communicated in a timely manner
· Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, checking accuracy before submitting to team
· Use Trello to obtain briefs and communicate job progress with the team
· Continuous self development by keeping up to date with emerging technologies and further developing skills
· Constantly evaluating editing and graphic animation skills to ensure finished content represents the brand to the highest standards
· Keep up to date with upcoming interior trends and marketing activity within wallpaper, paint and interiors sector, in particular our direct competitors
· Fully responsible for standards and operational excellence of the photo studio workspace & equipment
· Maintain image library and file all work on the shared system in the correct place and format
· Attend weekly catch-up meetings and fill in the weekly WIP
· Proactively recommend creative ideas and take part in the brainstorming meetings for future promotions/campaigns
Desirable knowledge, skills and experience
· Competent using flash photography
· Competent with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite and Capture one
· Lighting techniques and composition
· Using Blender and other 3D animation software to create CGI room sets
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £27,000.00 per year

- Hartlepool: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
- Photography: 1 year (preferred)
