Summary

As a Video Editor at The BAM Companies, you will play a crucial role in shaping our visual storytelling and brand identity. You will be responsible for editing high-quality video content that supports the companys marketing strategies, showcases our properties, and engages our community. This position requires a candidate with experience in video editing and motion graphics.

Essential Job Functions

• Post-Production: Perform post-production tasks including editing, color correction, sound design, and adding visual effects to ensure a polished final product.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, property managers, and other departments to ensure video content meets strategic objectives and company standards.

• Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technology, and best practices in videography to continuously improve BAMs video production quality.

Required Competencies

• Professional Experience: 3-5 years of experience in video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of video projects.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro) and motion graphics.

• Creative Vision: Exceptional ability to develop and execute creative concepts that align with brand identity and marketing goals.

• Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Work Environment

This position is remote.

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to perform the essential functions of this job successfully. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and/or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers to handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift or move video production equipment, up to 50 pounds.

This is a part-time position; 20-hour weeks
