True Talent welcomes you to our 13th season of competitive performance. We specialize in providing a welcoming, positive and fun competitive experience for dancers and performers ages 3-21 along the East Coast and midwest regions. We are currently seeking experienced videographers looking for an exciting opportunity to travel and showcase their skills throughout our season which runs from January through the end of May. * (PLEASE NOTE : LONG DISTANCE TRAVEL IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION) *

• We are seeking a videographer that has experience in live event coverage (Theater, dance and sporting coverage experience is preferred )
• You will be given company equipment to use and have thorough training on all equipment and our TourPro software that is used for events
• Events run Friday- Sunday with the occasional travel required Thursday night depending on distance from venue
• All travel accommodations are covered by True Talent as well as meals and hotel stays (please note all hotel rooms are double occupancy and are assigned based on gender)
• Weekends run 12-14 hours per day , usually 5 hours on Friday night
• Must have reliable transportation to and from events
• Applicant must have the ability to troubleshoot all video equipment as well as keep fluid communication with the onsite audio department
• Positive, upbeat and able to work in a team environment
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and assist team with load in and load out
• Responsible for set up and monitoring our livestream throughout the entirety of the weekend
