Role Description:

We are seeking a creative and experienced Co-Founder who will lead our videography and editing efforts at MPH Media. This role is pivotal in shaping the visual direction of our content, ensuring it not only resonates with our target audiences but also upholds the high standards of creativity and innovation that our brand is known for. This position involves hands-on video production and editing, as well as the strategic development of our multimedia content offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creative Direction: Establish and maintain the creative vision for all video and photographic content, ensuring it aligns with our broader marketing strategies and brand ethos.
• Videography and Photography: Lead on-site video and photo shoots, managing everything from planning to execution, including setup, filming, lighting, and sound.
• Editing and Post-Production: Oversee the editing process, ensuring content is polished and delivered on schedule. Utilise advanced editing software to create impactful, high-quality final products.
• Team Leadership: Build and manage a team of videographers, photographers, and other creative personnel, fostering a collaborative creative environment.
• Innovation and Trends: Stay abreast of the latest trends in videography and editing technologies and techniques to keep our content fresh and engaging.
• Project Management: Manage multiple content projects from conception through to final delivery, ensuring they meet deadlines and budget requirements.

Experience/Skills:

• Proven experience in videography and digital editing, with a strong portfolio of past work.
• Expertise in using advanced video and photo editing software.
• Strong creative vision with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills, capable of leading projects and inspiring creative teams.
• Background in media, digital marketing, or related field is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Temporary contract, Temp to perm, Freelance

Pay: £17,144.07-£37,425.02 per year
