Full job description

Job Purpose

You will be required to visit a range of properties to take photos which will “wow” our clients and facilitate their sale. Each job will include measuring and sketching properties for floor plans. We will try and keep this local to your home address. However, there will be occasions when you do have to travel further afield.

We are looking for an experienced photographer to be based in London (South / South West) – property industry experience, DEA qualified would be desirable.

Main Responsibilities

· Visit properties to take photographs and /or produce a floor plan sketch in accordance with the Fourwalls Group standards and guidelines.

· Liaise with Estate Agents and their vendors to arrange appointments to visit the properties or to collect keys, where necessary

· Upload your floor plan sketches & your selection of photographs to FastTrack & / or the FTP the same day as the appointment, as well as EPCs

· Provide mentoring and training for new photographers as required

· Produce Energy Performance Certificates for properties as required

Skills and Attributes Needed

· Outstanding customer service focus and experience of liaising with high-end clients

· Advanced photography skills with a focus on quality

· Confident to provide accurate floor plan sketches

· Confidence and organisation skills with the ability to manage time effectively

· Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and vendors

· A Domestic Energy Assessor qualification, not essential

· Clean UK driving license

Other

Reports to Daisy Powles (Associate Director (London)) in all of the above.

Please note that, as we are a small business, a degree of flexibility and job sharing is required.

Location: Working remotely

Hours: Full time – 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
