Real Estate Photographer/Videographer

Looking for a motivated photographer/videographer to shoot residential real estate in the local Toledo area. Are you a photographer looking to generate side income from your main line of work or looking to make a switch to professional photography full-time?

I’m looking to train 1-3 photographers to generate income in Toledo and surrounding areas. Our company focuses on real estate photography, Real Estate Video, drone photography, and other types of services we can offer our clients. The work environment is laid back and a great way to generate more income. This is a 1099 position, and photographers must have excellent references.

· Must have a strong work ethic and be motivated to learn and grow in the industry.

· Must have excellent communication skills.

· Must be customer service oriented.

· Must be quick to respond to agents via text.

· Must have a passion for learning.

· Must have excellent time management skills.

· Must be professional and add value.

· Sales experience is desired.

· Excellent soft skills are ideal.

Benefits:

· Flexible schedule

· Usually, the photographer will work alone.

· Potential income $70-$140 per assignment.

Must-Have Gear:

· Wide angle lens 14,15, or 16mm

· Sturdy Tripod

· Flash trigger.

· External flash

· Drone – helpful, but not mandatory.

· Part 107 would be ideal.

· Fast Internet is strongly desired.

Video

· Knowledge of video is helpful, but not mandatory.
