Motion Designer – Audio/Video Editor

As part of our fast-growing Audiovisual Team, the Motion Designer – Audio/Video Editor is expected to follow the lifecycle of audiovisual activities and deliver high quality audiovisual products in alignment with the specificities of each project and client’s needs.

Your main duties will be to…

• Work through the whole video production spectrum from concept creation and storyboarding to physical shooting and post-production
• Set a schedule of deadlines for the completion of audiovisual tasks
• Work closely with graphic designers for the production of moodboards and storyboards
• Select footage, create/adjust motion graphics, edit videos and record / edit audio sessions (podcasts, online interviews, presentations) in alignment with the specificities of each project and clients’ requests  
• Implement post-production tasks (video editing, subtitling, voice-over, sound mix/design, colour grading, upload audio/video products on various platforms)
• Work on designs and illustrations that will come to life in 2D animation and infographic videos
• Add effects and elements to enhance motion graphics
• Create animated titles and lower thirds from scratch
• Intervene/edit videos, implement animated titles, text, intro – outro, transition, voice-overs, etc.
• Create audiovisual content on various social media platforms
• Liaise with external production companies on technical specifications of audiovisual productions that are not implemented in-house
• Set up interviews with various stakeholders to be conducted with remote recording or physical shooting
• Coordinate external crews during physical shooting at events
• Work across multiple projects and teams and ensure all parties are informed of progress and problems

If you have…

• Proven experience as an audiovisual producer in an advertisement agency and/or production house

• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• A creative approach to new demands and strong audiovisual storytelling skills
• Technical skills for video editing and motion design
• Up-to-date awareness of AV technologies and their features 
• Basic project management skills and deadline fulfillment focus
• Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent command of both, the English and Greek language
• Technical knowledge on various platforms for creating & disseminating audiovisual content (Canvas, Capcut, Filmora) will be considered a plus
