Full-time, part-time Video Editor

We are looking for Chinese & English bilingual candidates in Film & TV, News, Photography that can join our team to promote our ministries. Helping us to develop, shoot, and edit original video/audio segments & photos designed for social media platforms and for a documentary about the development. Full time or part time or Intern are welcome.

5) AREAS OF THE PROJECT: VIDEO EDITING, STORYTELLING, NEWS PROGRAM, SOCIAL MEDIAS EDITING

6) INTERVIEWS: online or in person.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to work in Irvine, CA
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro CC, After Effects, Photoshop, etc.)
• Experience with DSLR, audio, lighting, and video camera equipment
• Excellent communicative (verbal and written) and interactive skills in Chinese and English.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in the filming and photography progress of the project’s design & construction (documentary).
• Develop, produce, shoot, and edit original video & photos designed for social media platforms and optimizing versions of the story for specific platforms.
• Ensure videos are in line with our guidelines and convey our message/story.
• Drive all aspects of the video post-production process – from ingesting footage following a shoot to exporting for final delivery.
• Manage file storage, categorizing, and archiving for all projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship, Contract

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
