Responsibilities

Photography & Film Editing

• Filming events
• livestreaming
• video edits for social media
• Running ATEM

Store

• Reffing games
• Managing staging area
• Cleaning field/staging area/store/bathrooms.
• Running register when needed.
• Getting party rooms ready
• Accomplishes store objectives given by managing staff; planning and evaluating store goals.
• Ensures a safe, secure, and legal work environment.
• Adhere to all details of the SCA policies and procedures.
• Ensure all systems and procedures are being followed to include but not limited to Special Orders, Opening and Closing procedures, and Cash Handling.

Individual

• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
• Serves as an example to subordinates by following all company procedures..
• Attentively participate in all meetings, bringing suggestions to the table, and accepting feedback to improve performance.
• Maintains a positive attitude, being solutions focused as a team player with communication to Manager/Owner.
• Handle customer service and Tech related issues.
• Create SMART Goals for personal and professional development
• Work in a timely manner

• Proven work experience in retail
• Understanding of the retail sales process
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
• Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
• Flexibility to work various shifts
• High school degree

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 – $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Weekends as needed
