Collaborative Creative Writer near Chicago for Feature Screenplay Development

Experienced Independent Writer-Director from Los Angeles (currently in suburban Chicago) seeks a creative writer for in-person collaborative development meetings for for one or more possible screenplays for low budget high quality independent feature productions. This is for a talented individual looking for a creative opportunity and possible story credit, not a big pay check. If selected, you will receive a small weekly stipend.

The direction of the projects will be an output combining genres of crime, dark humor, and thriller, all set within a framework of minimal story locations.

Requirements

– You must reside near the Chicago Area

– You must be capable of meeting IN PERSON in Schaumburg IL or another Chicago Suburb approximately two hours per night for between 3 night and 5 nights a week for the next 8 weeks.

– Capable of imaginative impactful ideas writing within limited location scenarios

– You must be motivated by the creative opportunity and understand the compensation is a stipend

– Availability of Writing Samples (script format if possible)
