Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and creative Videographer to join our team at Be Balance. As a Videographer, you will be responsible for capturing and producing high-quality video content that showcases our products, services, and brand identity. From filming engaging promotional videos to documenting our wellness events and retreats, you will play a crucial role in helping us connect with our audience and communicate our message effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our marketing team to conceptualise and plan video projects that align with our brand objectives and marketing campaigns.
• Capture compelling footage of our products, services, and events, utilising your creative vision and technical expertise.
• Edit and post-process video content to ensure a polished and professional final product, incorporating graphics, music, and other elements as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in videography, continuously seeking new ways to innovate and elevate our video content.
• Manage video equipment and resources, ensuring proper maintenance and organisation to facilitate smooth production workflows.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in video production.
• Proficiency in videography techniques, including camera operation, lighting, composition, and sound recording.
• Expertise in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for health, wellness, and storytelling through video.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in producing video content for wellness or lifestyle brands.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and animation techniques.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and video marketing strategies.

Pay: $65,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
