In House Photographer/Videographer

Are you a talented visual storyteller with a passion for real estate? Our dynamic real estate company is seeking a creative and skilled Videographer/Photographer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your abilities in capturing stunning visuals that will elevate our property listings and marketing materials as well as contribute to social media content and personal branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Produce high-quality property videos, including filming, editing, and post-production.
Capture captivating photographs of properties, interiors, and exteriors.
Develop engaging virtual tours and walkthroughs for online listings.
Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure visual content meets branding and promotional objectives.

Create compelling social media content, including videos and photos, to promote properties and engage our audience.
Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure visual content meets branding and promotional objectives.
Produce personal branding videos/photos for agents and executives within the company.
Maintain and organize a library of visual assets.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and innovative techniques in videography/photography

Requirements:

Proven experience as a videographer/photographer
Proficiency with DSLR cameras, video equipment and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom).
Strong portfolio showcasing videography and photography skills, particularly in real estate or architectural contexts.
Excellent eye for composition, lighting, and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
