As a creative problem solver, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing and producing strategic content for websites and various social media platforms. You will be responsible for maintaining consistent quality, adapting content for platform-specific engagement, and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize our video launches.

Qualifications:

• Must have reliable transportation.
• Proficiency in operating camera equipment.
• Experience creating daily video content for social platforms and strategizing creative in fast-paced environments. Additionally, adept at shooting product photography and videos tailored for ecommerce needs.
• Strong executional understanding of crafting impactful micro-content for specific audiences and platforms.
• Proficient in repurposing video content for various social platforms using Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Media Encoder (Adobe Creative Suite).
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to adapt quickly to change.
• Directorial skills, including the ability to make individuals comfortable and confident on camera.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Comfortable lifting film gear and equipment as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Create social video content on a daily basis.
• Identify and capture moments worth showcasing effectively.
• Format social content for diverse brands and platforms.
• Collaborate with the others to bring projects to completion.
