Videographer / Photographer (Senior) – Full or Part Time

Our boutique digital agency is currently seeking an experienced Videographer / Photographer (Senior)

• £26,000 Salary (pro-rata for part-time position)
• Mixed Office and Off-Site position (Office: Mansfield – NG21 0HJ)
• Part-Time – OR Full Time for the right candidate
• Mon-Fri
• Flexible working schedule (after 6 months)
• On-site parking available
• Easy access via public transport, with plenty of local amenities available – including on-site nursery facilities (external provider). Accessible from Nottingham, Chesterfield, Sheffield, Newark, Worksop, Lincoln, Retford – and surrounding areas.

What you can expect day-to-day in this job role:

• Researching, conceptualising and storyboarding video and photography projects in response to client briefs
• Leading on video production shoots on premise at a wide range of client locations and environments (across the East Midlands and beyond) – we specialise in working with the manufacturing, construction and engineering sectors
• Video editing using industry-standard software of your choice
• Operating a drone and taking drone footage
• Photo editing using Adobe Photoshop
• Producing finalised video concepts – both promotional and background – for usage within a wide range of website projects and for publication on other digital platforms
• Optimising videos and photos for the web
• Liaising internally and with clients on project requirements
• Being the go-to lead on all things video production related within our team
• Sharing your knowledge and skills with the rest of the team in order to support with wider project requirements
• Producing content for a diverse range of B2B and B2C clients
• Working with and supporting other members of the team
• Working on a wide range of client and internal projects
• Working both under your own initiative and as part of a wider project team
• Helping out with general duties ensuring at all times you meet with our company guidelines and standards

To be suitable for this position, you must bring to the table:

• Full UK Driving Licence (this job will require travel to client sites)
• A track record of commercial work and a diverse portfolio that you’re happy to share with us
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Video Editing Software
• Experience with drones
• Experience overseeing and managing the video production process from start-to-finish
• Experience managing on-premise photo shoots for clients
• Minimum of 5 years experience in commercial video production
• Minimum of 5 years experience in commercial photography
• Leadership and project management experience and skills
• Happy multi-tasking across diverse client briefs and tight turnaround schedules
• Ability to take constructive feedback
• Great attention to detail and consistency
• A flexible, can-do attitude
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Commitment to the team and the job role
• Degree level education in Video Production or equivalent level of training
• Have an approachable, friendly and positive attitude!

• Experience working with WordPress CMS
