Jem Brands is seeking a talented and creative Photographer and Videographer to join our team. As a Photographer and Videographer, you will be responsible for capturing and editing high-quality videos that align with our brand vision and objectives. You will work closely with our marketing and creative teams to produce engaging video content for various platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, shoot, and edit photos and videos of our products for promotional, marketing, and educational purposes.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project goals and requirements.
• Set up and operate Photography and video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Edit raw footage to create compelling videos using software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or other editing tools.
• Add visual effects, graphics, and animations to enhance the video content.
• Ensure video projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
• Manage video files and maintain an organized library of footage.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in videography.
• Expertise in shooting product, lifestyle and infographic imagery needed for consumer products.
• Maintain a high level of productivity in capturing and processing images, ensuring timely delivery of final photos within designated deadlines.
• Utilize programs such as Lightroom and Photoshop to retouch all images, or ai generator to guarantee they meet our brands’ quality standards for images.
• Adhere to style guides specific to each product category, ensuring uniformity in image composition, surfaces, backgrounds, and lighting.
• Create story boards for video and content creation including but not limited to GIFs and Motion graphics.

Skills:

• Proficiency in photo and video editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of post-production techniques including color correction, audio editing, and visual effects
• Experience with photography and photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Capture One)
• Knowledge of different camera types, lenses, lighting setups, and audio recording equipment
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey ideas and concepts. –

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $80,000.00 per year
