Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects from initiation to completion. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget.Duties:- Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders- Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies- Coordinate project activities, ensuring all team members understand their roles and responsibilities- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report on project status to stakeholders- Conduct regular meetings with project teams to review progress, address issues, and provide guidance- Manage project risks and issues by implementing effective mitigation strategies- Ensure projects adhere to established methodologies and best practices (e.g., Waterfall or Agile)- Facilitate effective communication between team members, stakeholders, and clients- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project objectivesSkills:- Strong negotiation skills to resolve conflicts and reach consensus among stakeholders- Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Kanban or SAFe- Experience in IT project management with knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)- Familiarity with tools such as Workday for project tracking and reporting- Knowledge of product management principles to drive successful product delivery- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey project requirements and updates- Ability to gather and analyze requirements from various sources for accurate project planning- Understanding of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies for flexible project execution- Proficient in data collection techniques for informed decision-makingIf you are a highly organized individual with a passion for delivering successful projects, we encourage you to apply.
