We are on the lookout for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Creative Associate within the Marketing department.

In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in shaping and defining the visual identity of Toly.

The Role:

Creative handling of diverse audiovisual and photographic projects in controlled studio environment, as well as outdoors, according to company’s needs in accordance with internal specifications and directions given by Marketing Department and/or requesting parties within a small team of Creative Associates.

Duties include:

• Filming videos in the fully equipped AV studio (and/or outdoors) covering products, packaging, incl. models, demonstration of application, use or handling; using provided equipment (Blackmagic 6K cameras, lights, backgrounds, incl. green screen, gimbal, different lenses, etc.) in specified & creative way.
• Capturing photos of products, packaging, incl. models, application of products or their handling, using products and packaging; using provided equipment (Canon 5D/R6 cameras, lights, backgrounds, photo boxes, different lenses, etc.) in specified & creative way.
• Editing videos and photos according to specification, including compositing, multi-cam footage, photos routing, using provided equipment (workstation, calibrated displays, software tools: Adobe Creative Suite, Red Giant, etc.).
• Setting up and operating live video-streaming events with multi-camera, multi-input settings (Blackmagic Design video switcher, PTZ cameras, multimedia & audio feeds).
• Creating short animations (stop-motion, animated GIF) showing products and their details, as well as other materials and/or events requested.
• Filing and maintaining libraries of imagery and videos in organized way for easy access.
• Reporting of project statuses, work progression, location of finalized jobs.

Desirable Skills, although not essential include:

• Practical knowledge of AI generated image creation based on prompts and/or photo/video editing
• Basic audio production experience in handling voiceovers (levels, EQ, compression, delivery).

• In possession of a valid driving license and own transport.
