Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and versatile Photographer-Videographer to join our team on a subcontract basis. This individual will be responsible for capturing stunning photographs and videos across various locations in Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. The role demands a high level of creativity, technical skill, and a keen eye for detail.

The average job is 2-3hrs RAW photo and video with minimal drone for establishing shots. To start, a few times a month. At the moment, it will be mostly food, boat, and client social media shoots, but can expect different types sprinkled in, like events and portrait or family photos as well.

Since William Davis Moore is in early expansion, work loads will increase relatively quickly and therefore, company needs will increase.

Post production opportunities in the future.

All lighting and stabilizing equipment is provided through the company. However, in the beginning, you do need to have, and use, your own camera and drone. When trust is built, those will be available for use as well.

Starting is $40hr. Upon review of the first couple successful assignments, that will increase with much room for further increases this year.

Assignments can be at anytime or day depending on the client, but usually during the week in the day.

Key Responsibilities:

– Execute photographic and videographic assignments as per project requirements.

– Collaborate with the team to conceptualize and storyboard projects.

– Ensure equipment is maintained and ready for shoots.

– Edit and retouch photos and videos to meet brand standards.

– Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate project timelines.

– Travel to various locations within the designated counties for shoots.

**Requirements:**

– Proven experience in professional photography and videography.

– Strong portfolio showcasing diverse skills and creative work.

– Excellent knowledge of photography/videography techniques, lighting, and editing software.

– FAA licensed drone operation skills are a plus.

– Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

– Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

– Must have own professional camera. Lighting, stabilizers, stands, and other photography and videography equipment will be provided.

– Willingness to join the company’s Upwork agency with a personal Upwork account.
